Cream Crossover Tie-back Apron
This awesome apron is made from a heavier weight cream cotton. The up-cycled red fabric comes from a pair of heavyweight cotton shorts. The piping is made from natural dyed and block-printed fabric that I purchased in India back in 2007 directly from the maker in a village near Bhuj in Kutch. There are some sections of piping made from vintage Japanese kimonos, too. Super awesome! This kind of apron is cool because the crossover back keeps the straps form choking you, but it also lets you determine how you want it to fit. Claire, my model, is about 5'6", so you can see how it fits in length.
